Paid Services or Renewals
If a paid package, renewal, or optional service is offered, refund eligibility depends on the payment status, access usage, license activation, and support history.
Approved refunds may be processed through the original payment method where possible.

Non-Refundable Situations
We may decline refund requests where EA access, license activation, or digital downloads have already been delivered, or where the issue is caused by trading loss, broker conditions, or user-side setup.
